With its wide range and paint-mixing service, Gamma has created a strong position for itself on the paint market. Paint is a major product category for Gamma. The chain was looking to provide its customers with more choice options by upgrading its own brand and – through a new logo and matching packaging – to indicate an additional dimension of quality. Gamma asked Today to develop a name, logo and packaging for the new line of paints.
Solution: 
Today helped Gamma with the new positioning of its brand of paints by developing a new logo and new line of packaging. The name ‘Q Quality Paint’ was also developed by Today. The name and the stylish choice of graphics help consumers not to associate painting with making a mess: buying Gamma paint becomes a pleasure and through the stylish development of logo and packaging, the house brand is positioned emotionally on the same level as more expensive ‘A’ brands that have significant marketing resources to support them.
